Spanning across a 100-block area, the project reimagined the streetscape of LA Fashion District through a series of vibrant utility box wraps. With the goal to enhance both wayfinding and storytelling, each box serves as a interactive visual marker that guides visitors while capturing the spirit of this creative cultural hub.
Drawing from the area's fashion roots, diverse businesses, and iconic locations like the Flower District and Santee Alley, the designs incorporate bold colors, custom layered typography, and textile-inspired textures. Reflective mirrored vinyl and playful phrases invite public interaction, while integrated maps provide orientation and a sense of place.
The result is a system that establishes a recognizable brand identity and fosters a more engaging experience for locals and visitors alike. The project demonstrates a commitment to community-centered, immersive design that brings everyday urban elements to life.
