Located in Downtown Houston, GreenStreet is a reimagined mixed-use district that transforms a three-block mall into a vibrant hub for creativity and culture. The 560,000 sqft development is currently comprised of a 260,000 sqft office tower and 180,000 sqft of retail space.

The project aims to reenvison the underutilized space while adapting to the existing architecture and tenants. To do so, our team posed the question - how do we create a facade that is more than a skin, but an experience?





The resulting approach uses vertical layering - introducing a tier of greenwalls, vibrant tenant signage, and activated storefronts to transform this urban canyon into a more welcoming and immersive destination.
